Jeff Leise

Jeff Leise has enjoyed running, playing sports, and competing ever since he was a young child. Jeff played multiple sports through high school and played college baseball at the University of Nebraska, where he was able to play in the 2001 and 2002 College World Series. He also played one year of professional baseball in the San Diego Padres organization.

Jeff has won many awards in his college baseball career, including Big XII Sports person of the Year, Academic All-American of the Year, 1st Team All-American, and All-Big XII. He was also named a team captain of the baseball team at Nebraska and was recognized as the University's team Lifter of the Year.

It didn’t take Jeff long to discover the importance of speed and agility in becoming an explosive athlete. As Jeff progressed through each level of athletics, it was evident that the best players, and the ones that kept advancing, were always the fastest at their position or sport. Through his training in college and professional athletics, as well as learning from national experts, Jeff has developed and designed this speed and agility program for all athletes in every sport.

Jeff is a NESTA Certified Personal Trainer, and is also First Aid and CPR certified. He is a boot camp instructor for Omaha Adventure Boot Camp, coaches football at Omaha Creighton Prep, and provides baseball training and hitting instruction at the Ultimate Baseball Academy in Omaha.

In his final year as one of the best option quarterbacks in college football history, Eric Crouch won three major national awards, including the Heisman Trophy, Walter Camp Player-of-the-Year award and the Davey O?Brien quarterback award. Crouch led Nebraska to the Bowl Championship Series national title game in the Rose Bowl against Miami. Against the Hurricanes, the All-American capped his career with 114 yards rushing on 22 carries to lead all rushers, while adding 62 yards on five completions through the air. Crouch played the bowl game with his degree in hand after graduating in December 2001.

He went on to be drafted as a wide receiver in the third round of the 2002 NFL Draft by the St. Louis Rams with the 95th overall pick. Crouch led Nebraska on the field as one of five team captains, the first quarterback to earn the honor in a decade. He also shared the Guy Chamberlin Trophy with Tracey Wistrom for play, contributions and dedication to the Nebraska football team.

Crouch ended his NU career by holding 32 school records. He was one of three quarterbacks in NCAA history to rush for 3,000 yards and pass for 4,000 yards in a career, while becoming just the 13th quarterback in NCAA history to rush and pass for 1,000 yards in the same season in 2001.
