"Our son has worked with Jeff Leise in various settings over the last few years. The benefits that we have seen from Jeff's speed and agility programs are three fold. We not only have a more competitive and aggressive athlete in our son but we see a more self confident young man on and off the playing field. Our son will continue to train with Jeff and we would highly recommend him to other players and parents. No matter what level of competition or what level of ability in your athlete. These programs can help you achieve outstanding results.
Jeff works hard to create a custom made training program for all of the athletes that he works with. We are particularly impressed with Jeff's ability to make individual adjustments for all of the athletes that he trains. Even in a group setting we have seen very individualized results. Jeff also serves as an excellent role model for the kids he works with. He is goal oriented, positive, fun loving, and possesses extreme integrity. We are certain that our children will benefit from his services for years to come."

I am thrilled with the results I’ve seen in Hunter’s speed and quickness. Last night he had his first football practice and they did a series of tests. They then placed the kids in groups for the drills based on speed. Hunter was in the top 5 out of 25 kids. This is a huge improvement over last year where he was more toward the middle of the pack. It has made a huge impact on his confidence, too. I don’t know if he told you but a few weeks back he was invited to join a select team for baseball next year. Since that time we have been spending some time at the batting cage and his bat speed has improved immensely. He is all of a sudden crushing the ball. I think his lower body strength from your workouts is the main reason. His legs have really filled out and he looks like a different kid than he did a month ago. Now we just need to work on the upper body.
I am most of all happy with his work ethic. I have always stressed how important it is to go hard all the time both in practice and in games. I guess he had to hear it from someone else before it made sense. It’s like a lightbulb turned on and he has it figured out now. He was telling his teammates last night that if you aren’t going full speed you aren’t making yourself faster. I know that he heard this from you on the very first day and you made a believer out of him. I’m very excited for the upcoming seasons and Hunter will definitely be back for another 4 weeks in between football and baseball. Thanks for everything.

Thanks again for a great session. We can really see a quicker step in Tanner and better form. We will continue to work on stuff at home. We just purchased an agility ladder to work with. Not only did he learn, but he had a lot of fun. I don't know too many kids that liked getting up at 6:45am in the summer to go do any kind of physical activity, but Tanner was always excited to meet with you. Thanks again. We will keep you updated on how the football season goes, and I am sure we will see you again.

I wanted to write you to tell how impressed I was with you and your speed and agility training program this summer. My son Tanner improved in every aspect of your program including his pro agility run and forty yard dash times. The speed and agility class was a great way to prepare for the upcoming football season.
Additionally, you did a great job of motivating and coaching the program in a fun and positive way. Tanner couldn't wait to get to your workout, he worked his tail off and had a blast!
The speed and agility class was a great way to prepare for the upcoming football season. We will see you this winter getting ready for the 2009 baseball season.

Just wanted to let you all know that my son, Elliot LaFollette ran his third 5k of the summer this past Saturday. He has had the following times: 1st race: 24min. 6 sec.; 2nd race: 23:06; 3rd race: 21:16. He bettered his last time by almost two whole minutes. He bettered his first time by almost three whole minutes. It was raining quite a bit Saturday so he may have had an even better time absent the rain and wet asphault. He placed second in his age group of 14 and under. The winner was 14 and about a foot taller than Elliot. He beat Elliot by two seconds. I am so proud of him!!!! He trained with accelerate omaha during the first half of the summer and is now training with the Central High School cross country team. If you see him congratulate him.
